If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to provide you with a seamless return process. 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- The product must not have been damaged or altered in any way.
- All tags, accessories, and documentation (if applicable) must be included.
Please note that customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by Raticoolnie (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
3. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or style, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@raticoolnie.com or call (708) 361-0877. We will arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you and issue a full refund or send you a replacement.
Please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging to help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you must follow our standard return procedure.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Watches with engraved or personalized engravings
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
9. International Returns
